I started my studies in Bali in 2012, training in Reiki I & II, Massage, Yoga and Craniosacral Therapy (CST). CST captivated me, it taught me to feel my own body and those of others. That was impressive for me. Under my hands I could feel the movement of tissues, bones and fluids, I felt rhythms and the body showing signals of where and how to place my hands. I never imagined such an experience coming from a very different professional background.
With the Upledger Institute I completed CST levels I and II in 2013 and Somato-Emotional Release I in 2014, learning the Biomechanical approach of CST. In Bali in 2014, I learned Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and deepened my practice by assisting Dr. Adolf Brown D.O. at the renowned Yoga Barn studio.
I was a student of the first promotion of BCST practitioners of Chile (2014-2016), a two-year program taught by the Craniosacral Biodynamics Institute of Chile. I have attended workshops and completed a postgraduate program with the same institute, focusing on birth imprints and birth related work. Today, I am a certified therapist recognized by the Spanish Association of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Since 2023, I have been assisting in the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training offered by Núria Buch, a training accredited by the Spanish Association of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. From 2023 to 2025, I was part of the Integrative Health team at CasaFen, and following its closure, I am now part of the Integrative Health team at Centro Kero in La Reina, Santiago, Chile, where I offer sessions of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Biomagnetism.
Discovering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has been a significant finding for me. I consider it a treasure because it has allowed me to transform my life, leading me to truly feel and be present in my own body as a whole. The ability to listen to myself has enabled me to recognize what truly brings me well-being and to move towards a state of greater calm, health, and balance.
The Biomagnetic pair therapy has always been present as a practical and meaningful support in health processes, often in unexpected and surprising ways. I decided to train in this modality when my son was born, in order to have natural tools to support his health. Today, it is integrated into my therapeutic work, supporting processes related to pathological conditions, the immune system, inflammation, and the body’s overall balance.
After 13 years of experience, I remain deeply grateful for this path. I continue to be amazed by the wisdom of the body and its ability to reorganize and heal when offered a safe, respectful, and conscious space.
