I had four Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions with Isabel and am deeply grateful for the experience. She is a very gentle therapist who took the time to understand my story and always respected my pace. During the first contact I felt as if I had been plugged back into the system, with energy suddenly moving throughout my body. I experienced different sensations and sometimes could connect them with memories from my past. After each session I felt lighter and calmer. I look forward to seeing her again when I return to Santiago.
